Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Xavior Study (the "app"), provided by XAVIOR Inc. ("we", "us"). By buying, downloading, or using the app, you agree to them.

What you're buying

Xavior Study is a one-time purchase that unlocks the app and its on-device pace engine. The AI add-on (the tutor, quizzes, flashcard and study-plan generation, and test/photo scanning) is an optional managed subscription, or you can run it on your own model key at no added cost to us.

License

Your purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable license to use the app for your own studies. A license is intended for one person. Don't resell, share, or redistribute your license key, and don't attempt to circumvent licensing or usage limits.

Acceptable use and academic integrity

Xavior Study is a learning tool. Its AI features are designed to teach you the method and help you understand your own coursework, not to complete graded work on your behalf. You are responsible for following your school's academic-integrity policies. Using the app to cheat, plagiarize, or otherwise violate those policies is a misuse of the app and is your responsibility, not ours.

AI output disclaimer

AI-generated explanations, quizzes, plans, and grade readings can be incomplete or wrong. Treat them as a study aid, not authoritative answers. Always verify against your course materials and instructor. Grade projections are estimates based on the data you enter and are not guarantees of any outcome.

Payments, billing, and refunds

Payments and any subscriptions are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record. The managed-AI subscription, if chosen, renews until you cancel it through the customer portal Lemon Squeezy provides. Refund requests are handled per the refund policy shown at checkout. Managed-AI usage may be subject to fair-use limits.

Availability

We aim to keep the app and AI services available, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted service. The on-device pace engine works without a network connection; the AI add-on depends on third-party providers.

No warranty

The app is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, XAVIOR Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any academic outcome, arising from your use of the app. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the app.

Changes

We may update these terms as the product changes. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
